This daily practice accesses the unique and distinct gift of all six directions - east, south, west, north, up, and down - to help individuals create and maintain a solid energetic container that supports personal sovereignty and centeredness. During this workshop I will guide participants in a process where each participant will receive a gift from all six directions and learn a personal sovereignty and centering practice.
