Paganism and Mental Health: Magic, Trauma, and Resilience

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Our faith and magical practices can be powerful tools to cope with trauma, triggers, and reactivity. However, some practices may not be helpful due to one's mental health history, history of trauma, or other factors, while others might help cultivate resilience. Join us to discuss trauma informed ritual skills and explore the magic of post-traumatic growth -- AKA the rebirth after the Underworld journey. Session format will include panel discussion with three licensed psychotherapists who specialize in trauma, plus opportunities for small group conversation.
