Pagan Leadership and Community Building Intensive
How do you build the kind of community you want to be in? Pagan groups face many challenges - power struggles, burn out, betrayal. How can we constructively look at problems and find ways to build healthy communities? This intensive is open to seasoned leaders as well as anyone who wants to build a healthier community. Join us to explore techniques for building sustainable communities including communication, group structures and dynamics, power, boundaries, needs, integrity, responsibility for impact, conflict resolution and more.
* This workshop will be offered in an intensive format on Friday from 1pm- 5pm. You're welcome to bring food, or take a bathroom break. You're welcome to leave early or arrive late, as long as you are quiet and respectful. However, those attending the entire class will get the benefit of exploring more advanced Pagan leadership topics.
